RAIL4SEE Kick-off Meeting in Bologna, 24-25/07/2012
The first out of five internal communication and knowledge management workshops was carried out. The aim was to share and make known the partners on the state of the art of each RAIL4SEE participating Hub.
In general for all hubs, partners were requested to match local priorities and ongoing projects with rail4see core topics (to be made explicit in terms of working plan), that means to detail the activities of each hub compared to the specific outputs. There is also the need to classify and “cluster” the hubs.
On the second day the official project Steering Group and Management Group teams were set up.
